We always buy and service our cars at Victory Honda, Muncie. We always get friendly, professional service. The staff is excellent throughout the organization. Yes, it might be a bit more expensive to get maintenance work done at the dealer, but they have an infrastructure to support, and that infrastructure is a benefit to me as the customer. They have sufficient staff on hand to get work done in a timely manner. They can order any part and generally get it next day, if they don't already have it on hand. They were so helpful when I had a flat tire. They drove us to Walmart to get our groceries and let us put them in our fridge. They gave my little girl popcorn and a juice, and let her watch a show on their TV. It helped make the time go really fast.

Have purchased 4 vehicles from them - 3 vehicles from Holly now. She’s so helpful and goes above and beyond with “her guy” to get financing and the deal done so you can get the vehicle. My 1st Civic was in fabulous condition at 180k miles and running fabulously when it was totaled in an accident and this one is at 100k miles and running smoothly without issues. The others were used cars for others and not Hondas but still, no issues and run great!
You won't find a better experience buying a car than here. Furthermore their service department is the best.
